I have paid for my device before creating an account, can it be added to my account?
first, we need to delete actual playlist/account associated with your TV, to do open SmartOne Application, go to Settings, Setup, Reset APP. (Attention! Reseting App will erase all app data, including accounts, favorites channels, theme, language and some other settings...)
after that, login to your account and then add your playlist/account again from client page .
after that reload SmartOne Application in your TV.
now you can manage and control your account/playlist from your account with us.
